Signing in and account access

How to log in, reset your password, and resolve common sign-in problems.

Signing in

Use the email address or username KK Doula set up for your account together with your password.

After a successful sign-in you are taken to your client dashboard where open tasks are highlighted.

Forgot your password

Use Forgot password on the login page to receive a reset link by email. Reset links expire for security.

Troubleshooting

If you see a session expired message, sign in again. Too many failed attempts can temporarily lock sign-in for a few minutes.

This portal is not for medical emergencies. Call your provider or 911 for urgent medical needs.
